Facility services
Recurring commercial cleaning is the core of what we manage. Floor care, day porter coverage, post-construction, and event services exist to support it — so a single partner is accountable for how the facility performs, not just for a task list.
What we manage
Every program begins with the building, its operating schedule, its access requirements, and the standard your organization expects to be judged against.
The core program. Nightly or scheduled janitorial service built on a documented scope, with restrooms, common areas, and offices held to a defined standard rather than a generic checklist.
View commercial cleaning
On-site coverage during operating hours. Restrooms stay stocked, entrances stay presentable, and spills, deliveries, and meeting turnovers are handled while the building is in use.
View day porter services
Scheduled hard-surface and carpet care on a maintenance calendar — scrub and recoat, extraction, strip and wax, tile and grout — planned around traffic so finishes last instead of failing early.
View floor care
Construction dust migrates and reappears. We phase the clean — rough, final, and touch-up — so the space passes walkthrough on the date it is supposed to open, not a week later.
View post-construction cleaning
Coverage built around an event timeline — the space prepared before doors, attendants working through the event, and the building reset before the next business day begins.
View event services
For portfolios spread across markets: a single documented standard, centralized oversight, and consolidated reporting and billing — instead of a different vendor and service level in every city.
View multi-site programsThe framework behind every service
Whichever services you use, the management model is the same — which is what makes performance comparable between areas, buildings, and markets.
What great performance looks like for this facility, written down by area with frequency and expected result.
Scheduled inspections, quality scores, service data, and client feedback captured on an agreed cadence.
A named account contact, one escalation path, and proactive review instead of complaint-driven response.
Trends drive coaching, retraining, and scope adjustment so the standard rises rather than drifts.
QS Management holds the industry certifications that define how commercial cleaning programs should be documented, inspected, and scored — the same framework we build every account on.

Documented performance
Performance documented across the facilities QS Management currently serves. Each figure is tracked through scheduled inspections, quality scores, service data, and client feedback, and reviewed with you on the cadence set in your service agreement.
Who we build programs for
Scope and staffing change by environment. The management framework does not.
Service questions
It has to be. Scope, frequency, priority zones, reporting, and service windows are built from the walkthrough of your specific building. The framework is standard; the scope inside it is not.
Standards are documented before service starts. Supervisors then inspect on a scheduled cadence and record scores against those standards, alongside service data and your feedback. That information drives coaching, retraining, and scope adjustments — and it is what we review with you.
Active clients have access to 24/7 emergency and after-hours support for spills, weather events, unplanned turnovers, and other time-sensitive needs. The account team coordinates the response based on the facility, the situation, and access requirements.
Yes, and that is usually the point. Recurring cleaning is the base program; floor care, day porter coverage, event support, and post-construction work are scheduled into the same calendar and billed under one agreement, with one accountable contact.
Start with a walkthrough
Share the building, the areas that keep slipping, the schedule, and the standard your team is expected to hold. The walkthrough turns that into a documented scope.
